Neil Gibbs is the owner of St George Real Estate LLC. He is a veteran of the real estate industry, with over 28 years of experience. Originally from England, Neil moved to the U.S. in 1973. He attended high school in Watertown, SD, and attended college at the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD.
Neil and his family were attracted to St George because it's a smaller community with a warm climate, less crime, less traffic and pollution, and a safe place to raise children. So in 1993, they moved to St George, Utah. At this time, Neil felt it was time to direct his sales career toward real estate, so he could help families make their dreams of homeownership come true. Since then, Neil has successfully closed countless real estate transactions for literally thousands of happy property owners (and sellers).
In May of 2015, Neil acquired his broker's license and has since been the branch broker of RE/MAX Associates of St George, one of the top-producing real estate offices in Washington County. Neil's production typically runs in the top 5% of the St George/Washington County market, which has earned him memberships in both the RE/MAX Platinum Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Neil prides himself on doing good, ethical business and took the opportunity to serve six years on the Professional Standards Committee for the Utah Association of Realtors. Neil is also past Vice-President and past Director of the Washington County Board of Realtors. His areas of expertise range from residential real estate to commercial real estate, including land purchases.
Neil is a master of sales, contract negotiation, and multiple offer scenarios. He has extensive experience successfully closing transactions during real estate boom markets, recessions, flat markets, as well as during high and low-interest rate mortgages. Neil's clients are assured of getting the best representation available.
When Neil isn't busy helping others, he enjoys golfing, boating, riding his motorcycle, and most other outdoor activities. He is a member of the St George Elks Club, Bloomington Country Club, and the St George Wine Club. Neil is happily married to Tonya Gibbs, his wife of 37 years, and together they are the proud parents of three children.
